The thing that I've noticed the most about the Laser Rifle update: Mid-air snipes now are very dependent upon latency.  If you have more than 100 ping on a server, you're going to miss about 60%-75% of the snipes that would have hit because of the beam firing a split second after you pull the trigger instead of right when you pull the trigger.

In the old build, this didn't matter too much because you would still get damage from the lingering beam if you aimed a little further ahead of your target.

I liked the old sniper rifle too, but this is just something new to try and master,  you can complain now while it's new but pretty soon you'll get used to it and wonder how you ever used the old rifle, it just takes practice.
I'm also glad that RLS has been toned down, I was getting sick of the pros hitting every single shot they made with it. :\
and I think IA's gonna be pulling in more big bucks from the new customization features, I know i'll buy a few, now only if you could buy reticles...*hint hint*

P.S: I've gotten used to all the changes already  im a beast with the Hornet (Rocket Launcher/Sniper Rifle)

P.SS: I noticed actually that since we got the new sniper rifle i've seen alot more people dueling with the Sniper Rifle, im one of them, it seems the update inspired people to try out every single class there is, some people seem to actually like the new rifle.
