That's not really a legitimate response to what I said. You obviously still don't like it, so you can stop playing if all you can do is cry about it and not provide us with real feedback.
No feedback? Your kidding me, this whole post was about what I don't like, feedback is providing specifics. And again, your trying to flame me personally with this, can you just respond like an adult?
Duh? I don't know what legions you play, but Outriders can still absorb a direct hit from a grenade or rocket launcher, but the splash of a second shot will kill you. You shouldn't really even be engaging in direct combat in Outrider if it's that much of a problem for you. Instead of complaining how weak it's armor is, use a class that was intended for direct combat. Hard concept to understand, I know.
Here you go again, trying to imply that I am stupid. I had full health multiple times and every once in a while, a MA would instantly kill me.
I'm sorry but I just can't take your argument seriously. With the old sniper, you immediately lost the element of surprise because you had a giant blue beam stretching across the map that pretty much gives away your position away to anyone within 1000 meters. I don't know about you, but to me that seems to defeat the point of sniping for long periods of time, because you need to move alot or engage in duels often.
Well you could hide it by pointing the laser behind the person or away while it charged, and dueling with the new sniper? It drains your energy, and it hits less while you try to use it with low energy.
Going too fast isn't what causes fall damage. Falling or running into objects does. I assumed that was self explanatory. You can fly straight up into the air off of a tower or any base object, drop straight down and take fall damage. GI Joe suits and Legions suits are the same thing. GI Joe suits aren't going 150 mp/s into walls and hills. When they hit something in the movie it either absorbed the shock or moved/broke under their weight (cars, etc). They weren't running into sand dunes, giant grassy hills or 10 foot thick pillars.
GI Joe was just a reference point, and I am stating that there shouldn't be a need for cratering damage, it does nothing but damage people who can't ski, or the unlucky run out of energy with no safe point.
Pathetic, right. See #1, emphasis on the word whining in the example listed below the definition. Here you go again trying to judge me. For the rest of these conversations can you act like an adult?
...? Are you implying that they should implement some sort of in-game currency? This isn't an MMORPG buddy, we don't need it.
No, not an in-game currency... It's like... Ehh, forget it, too many threads already suggested this...
"Read between the lines" and notice that I said people and not everyone. People does not mean everyone. You basically just what repeated what I said. [Only a small handful of people from GG were from the team that made Tribes]. There is a distinct difference between Tribes and Legions. If you think this is getting flamed, you're in for a rude awakening.
Usually when people say 'People', they are stating everyone, especially if they don't add 'a few', or 'some' before the word. This is what it comes to:
A few people from Tribes founded GG. A few people from GG run IA, and a few people from IA created Legions. That thinned out quite a bit, and I would be fairly surprised if more then about 3 people who made Legions were part of the Tribes team.
When you can make a legitimately serious, non-accusatorial, intelligent post, I'll respond. Don't come onto the Legions forums with your presumptuous attitude, blatantly insulting the developers and the game and expect not to get treated like an *fluffy bunny*.
Then don't respond to me, you will be happy for not responding, and I'll be happy for using this time talking to other people about my feedback.
is it really so hard to use quote tags?
I thought everyone used them, but I know what you mean. It gets hard when people don't really use the quotes.
I just got a few to say:
If you don't like the new updates, why rant about it? There are much more people to be heard and other people just like you who don't like it.
I personally didn't like most of the updates, however I still enjoy the game, why can't you. As long as it stays fun with a huge community, then who cares? IA will be willing to take suggestions/ideas for upcoming updates.
Me too, I still play Legions, I don't like the new updates, but I still play it. I am just trying to put out my feedback.
