GTX295 problems?

I just installed a new GTX 295 and now I am having weird rendering issues with the ground and flags on everyones heads. I had a GTX 280 before

console attached, please know that I did try deleting the 102 folder but it did not help.

Try playing with default setting (if you changed the AA, settings, ect...) and PhysX DISABLED.

Yep latest video card drivers: 191.07
Turning off PhysX had no impact

Like BeeHay said - turn off AA, filtering, et cetera.

when i turn AA off the ground goes completly black, with it on i get really weird colors but at least i can see it.

I included my console output and it has errors, anybody looking at it?

it is just the ground with the problem, the buildings and other players are displayed with no problem.

For me it sounds like a hardware problem. It's definitely not an usual problem around here, nothing I would expect getting help for.
