If you are having issues with your sound in Legions or you have no sound in Legions please use the following instructions:

WINDOWS XP:

- Using InternetExplorer (Chrome and FireFox will not work here) navigate to the following location:

%appdata%\GarageGames\IAPlayer\products\www_instantaction_com\102\install\legions\preferences

- Open the file named "prefs.cs"
- Text search for the following:

"$Pref::SFX::Provider"

- Change the value of this line so that it reads as follows:

$Pref::SFX::Provider = "FMod";

%username%\AppData\LocalLow\GarageGames\IAPlayer\products\www_instantaction_com\102\install\legions\preferences

Enter this:

into Internet Explorer

no, this does not work

i keep having trouble with my sound each time i fix it and play a while and log off for a day and then come back there is no sound...

Same problem, doesn't work for me.

Edit: I got in game, took screens of my settings, deleted preferences folder, started legions - sound was there, made new settings and now I play.

its me again. i cannot get any sound at all even through i tried doing that thing, is this correct-->   $Pref::SFX::Provider = FMod;

is that the right code to put in??
