He means that he can't decide which, so he has them tied for first.

That's correct, the proper way to do rankings when there are ties is to skip the next rank(s) in order to accomodate for there being more than one person tied for that spot.

A tie for 1st also means a tie for 2nd which means the next best player after those two players should be ranked 3rd, not second because there are 2 players ranked higher even if their 1st/2nd ranking is undetermined.

OK here it is
the best players excluding Helendrius and Stoja (lol). Because although those guys are in the top 4, playing with them is nearly impossible due to ping issues for me. And some comments.

2. tech9

3. Zantewarrior  -- I give this slot to Zante because his connection is a little subpar (really not that bad) to the others below here, but remains a top performer. Also a very good team player, easy to work with.

4. GRIMCC      -- I've played a lot with this guy, against some of the nastiest teams of opponents from the day RB launched (like Fried and SimplyBlue) and won repeatedly. Had to give him props with the 3. I don't see him ballin' as much as we used to, but still always brings his A game.

5. DixonPro    -- A man of few words. Much like GRIM, we often ended up on the same team in the old school days. Also a wicked shot. I gave him the 4 instead of 3 because I haven't seen him play as much lately. Great teammate, can rise to any occasion and put even the best players in their place.

6. d4ouch3  -- He'll try to get inside your head by taunting you in strange and provocative ways. Then, he'll make your head spin on the court. Doesn't like to lose.

7. JackBootedThug -- One of the last veterans. While not often mentioned as one of the top players, he has lots of experience and raw ability. At times he's given me trouble like I was playing against Joey.

8. HellzHere -- Great scorer, attacks like some of the top 5, but little weaker on the defense side. Unfortunately he lives in the UK, so he gets a bump for playing through poor ping as well.

9. KaoticS  --  Another veteran that I haven't played with in a while. Lots of experience and great accuracy.

10. Desperado -- Great all around player. Throws down.

11. BlackHawk4  -- Frequent teammate of mine, plays smart and is effective on both sides of the ball.

Special: AzaThoth124  -- Another unexpected apperance, yes, but not unwarranted. Another player given props for his performance with a poor ping. However, this guy's ping is going to be around 200+ every time he hits the court, and he will still bring serious game. Sort of new to the pro circuit.


Honorable mention:  Blue-Monk, KingZot, fhentom. These are great players who would have been on the list if they had been more active.

Great players (relatively) recent to the pro circuit: Uphoria, HeXXon, superman1889, Kwazi_M, smasher1126, BaMMa_Boy, worage, shenkspine, chain-saw-jack.

Nice review of players, Vegas. Not including me and Stoja16 was a clever idea, cause you never saw us play for real. Same for you too.
