As excited as we were about launching PlayTribes when we first announced it, we had to be vague about the launch date because we didn't have all the information to set a date. Since our first announcement, of course, a lot has changed. With new management, new priorities, and even new offices, things have unfortunately gotten murkier instead of clearer. I don't think it's fair to say that PlayTribes is dead since it is still very much on our radar. That said, we don't have all the information necessary at the moment to make that call yet. I know many of you have been waiting a long time and this is not the best news, but it's the best we can offer at this point.
Right now I would say the launch is in the Dec to Jan timeframe, but we'll be able to announce something more concrete in the next 3-4 weeks. Thanks.
Till then, just get Tribes 1.30 and play that. It has been free for years already.
